1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on your device while using a website. Similar technologies may be used to maintain sessions, protect forms or measure site usage.

Whether consent is required depends on the tool’s actual purpose, not merely its name or who provides it.

2. Essential cookies and technical features

The website may use strictly necessary technology to authenticate administrators, protect requests against attacks and provide features requested by users.

Any Laravel session cookies and CSRF protection tokens should be listed with their names, purposes, providers and lifetimes only after confirming their actual use. The presence of a Laravel backend does not, by itself, prove that all visitors receive cookies.

Strictly necessary technical cookies do not require prior consent, but must be transparently documented.

3. Statistics and analytics

A dashboard for aggregate analysis of visits, page views, photograph views and print enquiries is planned. This notice does not represent that feature as already active.

Our design goal is a first-party solution, preferably without identifying cookies or profiling. Its actual technical and legal characteristics will be reviewed before activation.

Analytics technologies exclusively producing aggregate statistics may, under the Italian Data Protection Authority’s conditions, be treated like technical tools. This does not automatically apply to every analytics implementation.

4. Profiling cookies and external services

The current project does not intentionally plan advertising or profiling cookies. This statement must be confirmed through a technical review of the published website and any third-party services.

If non-essential tools requiring consent are added later, they will be blocked until the user makes a valid choice, with a way to change or withdraw that choice.

5. Actual cookie inventory

Before publication, complete this section after an actual browser inspection: [COOKIE / TOOL NAME], [PROVIDER], [PURPOSE], [LIFETIME], [CATEGORY]. State that the public area sets no cookies only if that has been verified.

Check admin authentication, embedded content, future payment services and non-cookie tracking technologies separately.

6. Managing cookies

You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some functions, such as admin access, from working.

If consent-based cookies are introduced, a website control will be provided to manage those preferences.
